Name of a House

8th Jan 2010Manish had asked me about the name of my house. I had no name for it. My house number is J3.

After coming to the colony when I looked around I found many a house in my neighbourhood have names. I started thinking how significant the name of a house is.

When I started thinking in this line I actually looked the house beyond the brick and cement building. I suddenly felt as if I am meeting the house for the first time. I started looking at the personality of the house. Looking around I realised that it is the only house in the neighbourhood with Pink exterior. In fact I am the only owner who has retained the original pink colour. After taking possession from the builder, rest house owners have gone for other colours. Looking around I felt good to see this Pink House of mine. Won’t it be good to call the house Pink House? In fact that is the visible distinctive character which will be noticed by a person who is approaching it for the first time. Don’t we notice people from their complexion?

The idea remained with me, so also the Happy feeling.

10th Jan 2010
The thought surfaced again yester day. May be the house number is only for locating a house. But by cosmic intelligence there must be some relation of my energy with this J3 to bring me to own this house. Why I did not get the J1 or J2 or for that matter J4... Why I did not like the houses which start with other alphabets? Why this house was the only house left for booking at that point of time within my budget? You call it coincidence; I call it the cosmic intelligence which matches the perfect fit. Whether I go for rent or purchase, I just feel good about a house and I get into it. And each house not only has sheltered me, it has been part of distinct phase of my life and the lessons I have learnt from that phase. Then I have outgrown the phase and the house has simply pushed me out for a new one which was more correct for that phase.

The ‘pushing out’ can manifest in many perceptions and conditions like perception of space, comfort, vibes with the owner or the surroundings, change of place, perception of safety and communication, perception of rent and so on.

It’s interesting. The buildings remain more or less, the way they were. I move in or out with my changing perceptions and conditions. With my moving out, somebody else moves in. Do they have the same perception as I had, when I moved in? I do not know; may be, may be not.
The building remains same, but it becomes a different house or to be more precise houses a different group of people. In the matching of building and person/s to make a house – the most important factor is the ‘Perception’ of the person – the thought energy.

11th Jan 2010If I have got this J3, there must be some ‘feel good’ name associated with this. I just closed my eyes and asked for a word. Instant it came –JOY. Oh, wow, it felt so good that I shouted out “jai ho”. Hang on, what did I shout? JAI HO; the J word!!!

J3 - Three times J. How does it sound if the name of a house is Joy Joy Joy? Reminds me of the national anthem – Joy Joy Joy Jai HO. Very Funny.

Wait, there is a different way to perceive. J three times in algebra will be J cube. Joy three times will be Joy cube. Ahaa.. I got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the feel good name which I was asking the cosmic intelligence – JOY CUBE.

This little two bed room Pink House can be made into a little JOY CUBE.

Thanks Manish for the question and Welcome to J3.
